CALENDAR
1. Open Maintenance and go to Calendar: Define Calendar Types (Country, Trade, Settle, Etc) entity.
2. Press new button enter a new one.
3. Save changes.
HOLIDAYS
1. Go to Calendar: Add/Edit Holiday Dates to Calendar entity.
2. Calendar Id is referring to the Calendar introduced in the previous entity.
